What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Any inquiries you have will be addressed within 24 working hours during this timeframe. Please refrain from sending multiple messages, as we respond to them in the order they are received.
Where is your location?
We are based in the Republic of Ireland.
Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, all our shipping processes are automated, so once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or cancel it.
How should I apply my fragrance?
There are two recommended methods for applying fragrance:
1. Directly to the skin: Apply to pulse points like the wrists and neck to intensify and personalize the scent. The interaction with your skin’s natural oils enhances the fragrance, and body warmth helps release and diffuse it, creating a unique and seductive effect.
2. On clothing: Preserve the original fragrance integrity by spraying on clothing. This method helps the scent linger longer, as fabrics trap and hold fragrance molecules. It’s an excellent option for those who want the fragrance to last throughout the day without reapplying to their skin.
